3. Compared with lower self-locking double-layer non-linear vibration damping fastener and bonded fastener, the upper iron pad of fastener system is fixed by anchoring system, so that the fastener system has greater resistance to uplift, which is safer and more reliable.


4. The fastener system optimizes the intrinsic frequency of upper iron plate and node stiffness of fastener system, which effectively slows down the development of rail wave abrasion.


5. The fastener system adopts non-linear elastic pad structure, which has the characteristics of low load low stiffness, high load high stiffness, overload protection function and good safety.

6. The self-locking mechanism of fastener system is arranged on the upper part of fastener and visible, which is convenient for on-site maintenance. The replacement of middle elastic pad and insulating self-locking sleeve can be quickly completed by using skylight point on site, and does not affect normal operation of the line.


7. The fastener system is equipped with a variety of gauge adjustment methods, such as gauge block, spacing slot and eccentric design of spring bar holder etc. The insulation coupling plate and height adjusting plate are arranged under the plate, which can realize plus or minus rail height adjustment.


8. Multiple insulation functions are realized by rubber elastic pad, insulating gauge block, nylon sleeve, insulating self-locking sleeve and insulating coupling pad.
