Advantages of Polyurethane track bed damping pad

1. Customized Stiffness Design: It makes full use of polyurethane microporous elastomer and geo-nonwoven fabric composite stiffness which can be designed to achieve the characteristics of “low load low stiffness, high load high stiffness”, so that the vibration damping effect could reach ideal state under the premise of ensuring safety.


2. Thermal Compression Permanent Deformation: Due to the characteristics of polyurethane microporous elastomer raw materials and soft and hard section structure characteristics, its elasticity and toughness is excellent, so that the thermal compression permanent deformation is only about 7%.


3. Excellent Weather Resistance and Ozone Resistance Performance: The system does not contain unstable unsaturated double bonds, so that its heat resistance, water resistance, especially ozone resistance performance is excellent. (No cracking phenomenon)

4. Excellent Vibration Reduction Performance: Compared with ordinary elastic split fastenings without track bed damping pad, the vibration reduction can reach 12dB and above.
